being a recent transplant from SF a retired boomer and gear head working on our cars in the 60s and 70s..it was so refreshing and comforting to have met Brandon (mgr) who was knowledgable in his MOPARs! i've used Valvoline oil only on all my Harley's, Ducati trucks and cars.. this is the first time I've had an oil change in Phoenix and was so happy to see that Valvoline had its own oil change and more! Randy was my senior tech guy and I appreciate the old-school method you guys use instead of the guns and huge vacuum pumps others have such as oil changers and jiffy.. this was a five star performance by the entire team! I had my oil change all the customary checks, coolant flush and tire rotation all done in the same station. Thank you Lord for saving me a trip to discount tire tires for the rotation! I love the synergy of the team, the professional professionalism, the friendliness and more importantly the detailed explanation as to the process when I asked them different questions regarding the methodology for the coolant flush. I'm glad I chose Valvoline oil changers.. thank you guys. Hey Brandon I'll see you and the boys next month when I do my transmission oil change even though it's still pretty good as well as my rear differential.. the only thing missing and I wish someone would do this.. is install a bay for motorcycle oil changes? thank you guys!
These guys are so great. Every single time I come here they are fast and friendly. Doing any kind of car maintenance as a girl can be frustrating and feel very salesy and overwhelming - not here. They are knowledgeable and not pushy at all - if they have a recommendation they share it but the decision is yours and they don’t push of make you uncomfortable. There is often a coupon and they are fast and efficient so as a busy mom this place is perfect. Overall just very happy with this whole team and will continue coming here for my service.
Today I decided to try a different oil change facility - Valvoline in the 3200 block of w. Peoria in Phoenix. The service was 'exemplary' by the 2 workers at the facility named Ashton & CJ. These two's work was so thorough & professional, it reminded me of that one shop in the 90's that made you feel 'special' & left you confident that your vehicle services were 'done right'. Congrats Gentlemen! Keep up the (unique) Great Work! Thx Again Bob
