Excellent customer service. I had lots of questions and priced the maintenance my car needed with several quotes and the guys at Meineke answered every question and gave me a great deal. I actually am very skeptical of car maintenance shops, I’ve been extremely misguided by many and over charges by Toyota dealerships. I can honestly say, this was an exceptional easy experience. Thank you guys!
Great customer service. Reasonably priced. Had a coupon for $69.99 for a full synthetic oil change. They also have a great reward system and if you utilize it, it equals out to be about every fourth or fifth oil change. Only complaint is the wait time. I had an app scheduled but still waited for 2 hours.
