Justin Wallace is phenomenal. Every time I go to get my truck washed he is very professional and very helpful. Although he's always trying to upsell, I love his professional style. And I'm sure with his upsell script, he gets a Lotta good customer upgrades. Justin Wallace is one of the best employees I have encountered there.
