The lounges at Terminal C currently include The Lounge and the USO Lounge.
The Lounge is located post-security on the Concourse Level, across from Gate 19. It offers free access to eligible cardholders, including American Express Platinum Card members, subject to capacity and access rules.
The USO Lounge is open to active-duty U.S. military members and their families. It is located landside (pre-security) on the lower level, near the American Airlines Credit Union and the walkway to Terminal E.

The Central Parking Garage connects to Terminal C via a pedestrian bridge on Level 4, making it the closest onsite parking option for departing passengers from Terminal C. The rates start at $46 per day, and you can reserve your parking spot in advance.
The Economy Garage at BOS is farther away but offers a cheaper on-airport option compared to the Central Parking Garage, and works well for long-term parking. Free shuttle buses run approximately every 15 to 20 minutes between the garage and all terminals, including Terminal C.
Drivers can reach Boston Logan Terminal C by following the signage along the airport's inbound loop road. For public transportation, travelers can access Terminal C via pre-security shuttle buses and the MBTA Silver Line SL1, which runs free from the airport to South Station in downtown Boston, or via the Blue Line subway using a free Massport shuttle to the Airport Station. Uber and Lyft also operate at Terminal C, with designated ride-share pickup areas.
Post-security walkways connect Terminal C to Terminals B and E, allowing passengers to transfer without clearing security again.
