Pull into the Art Hotel driveway located at 1201 N. Broadway. The valet stand is operated by Propark. It is located on the West/Right-hand side of N. Broadway (a one-way street) between E 13th St. and E 12th St.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 7' 4" No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once. Overnight Parking is not allowed. Monthly parking: No storage facility is offered by this lot, if needed has to contact the facility manager for the approval. Any vehicle stored in this facility over 5 days without notification is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
