Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot please pull a ticket at the gate instead of scanning the QR code. After pulling the ticket, proceed to the office with your QR code, parking lot team will either scan it or take the OGI number for verification and arrange for parking. The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time before your flight. IMPORTANT: Kindly note that if you own a KIA or a Hyundai car model, parking is at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle. This precaution is due to recent theft attempts targeting KIA & Hyundai cars, particularly within our vicinity. This lot only allows a party of '4' to enter the shuttle van at a time. PLEASE DROP any more members at the Airport first and then proceed to the parking lot. We are not liable for any glass or tire damage. To avoid unintentional damage, take pictures of your vehicle before leaving the parking lot. I acknowledge that the Hotel does not provide any security personnel to oversee activities at the Lot and that my vehicle will be parked in the Lot at my sole risk and expense. I further hereby release the Owner, Saunders Hotel Group, LLC., and all of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective members, shareholders, managers, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims, losses, demands, damages, injuries, liabilities and causes of action which I might have against the Released Parties arising out of or related to the parking of my vehicle at the Lot, including, but not limited to loss or damage to my vehicle or any of its contents by fire, theft, collision or otherwise. I have been advised to remove all personal property from the vehicle and agree that any such property left inside the vehicle is left at my sole risk and expense. I agree that this Waiver of Liability shall bind and be effective against my successors, assigns, heirs and legal representatives with the same force and effect as this Waiver of Liability is binding against me. By purchasing parking through WAY.COM, I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver of Liability carefully and understand its meaning and I am voluntarily releasing the Hotel from the safekeeping of my vehicle and its contents.
