pretty straight forward but def had to ask about how the system works and where the shuttle comes. When i came back, then i had to confirm how to use the parking pass to exit and not have to pay a second time. All were very courteous and helpful.

Upon your return to the Philadelphia airport, proceed to "Baggage Claim". After you have located your luggage, walk outside of baggage claim and wait at Zone 4 for the hotel shuttle to arrive. Upon returning to your vehicle, proceed directly to an exit gate and enter your ticket received upon entry to allow you to exit freely. If you go past your pre-paid time, you will automatically be prompted to pay the hotel's hourly rate at the exit gate. Credit cards only are accepted at the gates.
