No where on this site or their site did it say they don't drop or pick up except at A terminal. Trying to get an exception because I am disabled and can't lug my luggage and walk to B from A. Also they do not drop off at Departure level only drop off at lower level arrival area.

It is not a luxury parking, but the service is excellent, the process of picking you up at the airport is fast and the staff is really friendly and kind . I love it!!!

Parking lot is not paved but the process of parking and pick is very efficient and the shuttle is very prompt over all good service

This humble location provided me with the utmost respect. I parked my car for a few days, and on my return, I had misplaced my keys. They displayed empathy, compassion, and genuine concern for my well-being. The shuttle driver was very kind and took his job very seriously. He was very pumptual both on the dropboff and pick up. He made sure to explain how to get to my terminal and of reminding me where to find him on my return. These guys are top-notch. I was very pleased with parking at Gold Park! Thanks again for keeping my vehicle safe and for having such a golden heart. I ll be sure to return on my next trip.🤩
