Located on the north/right-hand side of E 85th St. (a westbound one-way street) between Park Ave. and Madison Ave. Look for the big white sign with 'Park' in red lettering above the garage entrance. Height Restriction: 7' to find the entrance of the 35 East 85th Street New York Parking. Please note that the 35 East 85th Street Parking facility does not allow any sort of in/out privileges. You cannot enter & exit this lot more than once. The 35 East 85th Street Parking lot also does not allow parking for SUVs, trucks, crossovers, vans, or minivans. Additional charges may be applicable for oversized vehicles.

Important: Vouchers for parking at the 35 East 85th Street Parking from 6 pm-midnight cannot be used anytime except for that period. The computer in the garage will not validate the reservation if the voucher is used in any other time frame. The voucher is for one-time use only, and no re-entry is allowed.
