I've parked here 4 times now, and every time is super easy. Make sure you check in at the front desk and if the shuttle isn't already at the airport when you return, you can call them and they'll be there within ten minutes. Can't beat the price and excellent service!

Covered parking for non-hotel guests on 3rd, 4th floor only. You also have to check-in in the lobby. Shuttle goes every hour at minute 15.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical of Way.Com and was constantly second guessing how their site communicates with the hotel before my scheduled dates. But to my surprise the process was very easy. I paid for parking, showed up at the hotel and signed in at their front office (tell them you're there for third party parking), park your car and then wait for the airport shuttle. That easy. Then when you need to get back to the hotel, you need to call for the shuttle since they do not automatically run unless they are called for. This is at least all true for the Doubletree San Antonio airport location. Oh, in addition, it's covered parking in 3rd floor or above. Can't beat that!

Everything went well. The hotel staff - a real person, helpful and friendly! - answered the telephone was promptly when we called to explain our flight delay and then later for pickup. Since our flight delay meant we landed near midnight, we were pleased that this hotel has a 24/7 shuttle. Flight crew were on our shuttle, indicating that it is one of the best.
