The provided service was very good. It was easy to find the parking lot, park the car and shuttle was ready to drive us to the Midway airport. On the way back the suttle arrived in a few minutes and drived us to the parking. No issues with communication.

I had a really good experience with this company. The drop-off was easy and the shuttle came very quickly to take me to the airport. On the way back, I couldn’t find the shuttle pick up and the person I called gave me really good directions to find it. I would definitely recommend this service.

Dropped car off and shuttle immediately took us to the airport. Initially planned on leaving the car for 4 nights but extended vacation an extra 3 nights and was able to add those dates to my reservation. When I arrived back at Midway, I called for the shuttle and it was there within minutes. When we got to the lot, the extension wasn’t showing on his end. He took the info down that showed I had extended and paid for it and said he would contact the company (Way.com) and I was on my way. I will definitely use their service again and highly recommend them. Very good customer service!
