I couldn't be more pleased. I have done this three times now and still for me the best way to travel. I felt secure leaving my vehicle there locked up and surrounded by a wall. The facility his huge and the employees were kind and ready to help. We will be back. Short ride from Providence, if you have to leave from Logan.
We parked here for 5 days when we flew out of Logan Airport. I was very confused that the "office" is actually inside a hotel (did I miss this online?). Our car was still there and in the same condition as when we left it so that was a plus (we've parked elsewhere and came back to a flat tire!) The only other thing I'd suggest is putting on the ticket you get what door to go to in the airport when ready for a pickup. I don't recall seeing that info anywhere. Overall, it was a good experience.
