Dropoff was seamless. Pickup was seamless. I was worried about the neighborhood that the vehicle was being left in (College Park), but the entire facility (including parking lot) was enclosed by a fence. No issues with security, and my vehicle was safe for over two weeks. One noteworthy item - when I booked with Way, the booking stated that the Travelodge had a shuttle to the airport; they DO NOT - I was informed when I dropped off the vehicle that there is NO shuttle. No big deal - Uber.
