Shuttle Information
Complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from ORD Airport. Catch the shuttle from the hotel’s front entrance every 30 minutes. Domestic Flight Terminals 1,2,3 shuttle pick up is at the BUS AND SHUTTLE outside Door 1 . International Flights The shuttle picks up outside of Door 5E, across the first lane of traffic, under the awning of Terminal 5, the international terminal. Cancellation
Flexible. You can cancel the parking reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time and receive a full refund. Guaranteed money returned, no questions asked! If the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of check-in, a cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted from the total booking amount and the refund will be processed.

When I got to the parking lot, my car's charge was super low, and I was anxious about my return trip. Luckily, this place had an EV charging station, so I charged up my car before parking. And to make it even better, they had a fast charging spot that saved me a ton of time. So relieved I found this spot!

This parking spot is hands down the least stressful one I've ever used. The garage is super clean, with plenty of parking spots, and the shuttle service is lightning fast. I've parked here three times now, and every time, the shuttle was right there waiting for me. All I had to do was park my car, and they picked me up right next to it. And when I returned, they dropped me off at my car. And that's what I call real convenience! Highly recommend!
