This is an indoor lot with all modern amenities. The place is safe and well guarded. The service was pretty quick. The parking, getting on the shuttle, drive to the airport, everything was quick. Their rates were very reasonable too.

When I leave my car here, I never think or worry about it till I reach back to pick it up. My car has always been kept safe here. This is a indoor parking garage, safe and secure, has cameras around and also there is a security guard posted throughout. The staff is friendly and the service is reliable.

I took the shuttle arorund 8:40 PM at LAX on 2/8. The bus driver, a black lady, was so great that I feel I should report it. When I got on the bus, she instructed me to put my luggage on the upper deck to leave room in lower deak for other passengers with large suitcase. When a young mother passenger got on the bus with her little baby, she asked all other passengers to let the young mother have a seat to sit. Amazingly, everything was in order. What a nice job she did!
