Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot, please scan the QR code on the scanner at the entrance. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time prior to your flight. Customers must print out their confirmation emails and display them on their dashboard before leaving their vehicle after parking The cancellation policy is flexible. You may cancel your parking reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time and receive a full refund with no questions asked. If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from the total booking amount and the refund will be processed. For ADA customers requiring special assistance, please email us at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival at the facility and airport at erm2040@gmail.com.
