Its a safe location and the car is in a protected garage area. The folks at the reception are really nice and helpful. The pickup and drop-off to the airport van is very comfortable and the drivers are pleasant.

I would definitely use this location again. There was some confusion (with the instructions) when I first tried parking in the lot because there was no parking lot staff. It also didn’t mention I would have to take a ticket and validate it after my trip. I had to go into the front desk at the hotel to get clarification on how to proceed. It wasn’t an huge issue, and the hotel staff were great! Besides this small hicup it was perfect! Besides this, love the app.
