Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Contact the lot and meet your valet driver at the designated location for pick-up/drop-off of your vehicle. Customers must pay an additional parking fee directly at the lot for oversized vehicles. SUVs are $5 more. Large SUVs are $10 more. In the event of mechanical emergencies with the shuttle or delays due to traffic, the lot does not reimburse cost of alternate transportation. Please Note : If you need to stay longer than your reservation period, the reservation cannot be extended and you will be required to pay the regular rate for any additional hours or days. Online parking reservations are available only for park and fly customers. Hotel customers need to reach out to the lot directly regarding the parking reservations.
