Hello. I recently returned from Ireland and when I arrived at the remote lot to get my car I found the battery drained. I used the assistance phone number and in a short time Eddie B. (he only gave a last initial on the customer feedback card he gave me) appeared and promptly jump-started my vehicle. He was pleasant and polite and I want you to know what a good job he did. I am submitting this information here because I did not feel comfortable providing personal information on the open postpaid card he gave me. It would be better if an sealed postpaid envelope was provided with the customer comment card.
