Parking Instructions

Please print this confirmation and present it at the front desk when you arrive at the hotel. Since our gates are secured, for all future reservations, customers will be required to download the Assa Abloy hospitality app to access our parking lot. Customers are required to arrive 30min prior to the check-in time to schedule the shuttle service. Our shuttle runs 24/7 on demand. On your return to Kansas City Airport please call us at (816) 464-2423 to request your return shuttle. Only 1 round trip of shuttle service is included with your reservation. Additional trips to or from the airport other than the 1 drop off and 1 pick up included in the parking price will be $18.00, paid at the hotel.
