PORT EVERGLADES CRUISE DROP-OFF: The parking facility is located inside The Casino @ Dania Beach parking lot (NE corner, across from the church). Passenger and luggage drop-off takes place at the white tent. Please proceed to the orange trailer to check in before parking. Present your reservation to the attendant to receive your vehicle tag and return ticket. Staff will assist with loading luggage onto the shuttle. Please ensure your luggage is packed and tagged prior to arrival. You may arrive anytime between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM. It is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour before your scheduled boarding time. Shuttle service to and from Port Everglades Cruise Port operates between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Shuttles run on an on-demand basis, typically every 15–30 minutes, depending on demand. Passenger Policy: Up to 4 passengers are included; each additional passenger will incur a $10 fee. PORT EVERGLADES PICK-UP: Please do not call. When you are ready at the designated pickup area, request your shuttle via trackmyshuttle.com/3824 Steps: 1. Open the link 2. Select your nearest pickup location 3. Set destination as Park By The Ports 4. Enter passenger count, name, and phone number 5. Tap “Request Ride” 6. Track your shuttle live using GPS 7. Look for the orange shuttle Return Shuttle Frequency: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Every 20–30 minutes 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Every 40–50 minutes Terms & Liability: Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Park By The Ports, Inc. is not liable for theft, damage, fire, flood, or any loss, including items left inside vehicles or shuttles. All claims must be submitted prior to leaving the facility.
