Shuttle Information

SHUTTLE PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS Maximum 4 passengers are allowed on the shuttle per reservation. Make sure you get a blue shuttle information sheet from your driver. MUST FOLLOW ON RETURN TO BOARD SHUTTLE All shuttles run continuously every 25 to 30 minutes, beginning at 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Look for white vans with PREMIER CRUISE PARKING signs and flag drivers.

MET3 Parking Garage Downtown. You may begin to park as early as 7:30 AM on the day of your cruise (we are not open outside of sailing dates). If you have an embarkation window earlier than 11:00 AM call the parking office before arrival day and ask if you can be accommodated or for alternatives. 3 Day Minimum. Maximum
4 passengers per vehicle/reservation. NO Exceptions. You must drive directly to Port drop off passengers and luggage then come to park. Complete address and driving directions are available on your confirmation. Please click the view map link above if you like to see where we are located. The garage clearance is 7'. No oversize vehicles
(i.e., RVs, big trucks, etc). Cruise Parking Only.

Parking Instructions

Check-In Information: Upon entering Garage please take a ticket from machine and continue going up to the 7th level, look for the PREMIER CRUISE PARKING signs on ceiling making right turns only. The attendant will greet you at this level. Please note we only offer garage self-parking. Shuttle Information: Shuttles run every 25-30 minutes, for DISEMBARCATION from 7:30 until 10:45 AM from the Port to the Garage. For EMBARCATION 11:00 AM until 3:15 PM, we close at 3:30 PM. MAXIMUM OF 4 PASSENGERS ALLOWED PER VEHICLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. LARGER PARTIES MUST GO DIRECTLY TO PORT DROP OFF PASSENGERS AND LUGGAGE THEN COME TO PARK. Pickup Information: Follow instructions on BLUE PAPER given by your driver on your arrival date on the way to the Port. NO BLUE PAPER NO PICK UP. LAST SHUTTLE LEAVES PORT AT 10: 45 AM. Maximum 4 PASSENGERS are allowed on a shuttle per reservation.
