Parking Instructions
You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot, please scan the QR code on the scanner at the entrance. Note: If you grabbed a ticket at entry instead, scan the parking ticket first then scan the QR code to validate your ticket. Attention Valued Guests: We now have a brand-new Starbucks outlet at the Westin and Aloft SFO Hotel—enjoy your favorite coffee and snacks just steps away from your parking spot! When you arrive at the Parking Gate, scan the QR code linked to your parking reservation at the kiosk to open the gate. Please drive to the parking section that says "ParknFly".
You are good to leave then. When you return to pick up the car, scan the same QR code at the exit kiosk to open the gate to exit. Note: If you grabbed a ticket at entry instead, scan the parking ticket first then scan the QR code to validate your ticket.

We had such a good parking experience at Aloft. The parking lot was quite lighted and guarded. When we got there, it was pouring, so were picked up right outside of our car. The shuttle dropped us off just at our gate.They provided us a note with instructions on where to meet them when we got back from our trip. They were well-organized. we will undoubtedly use them again.
The entire experience was stress-free and great. The shuttles operated as scheduled and the drivers were quite polite.Quick in and out. I would use them again.

Parked here over Christmas vacation. Price was great compared to parking inside SFO airport. The shuttle was prompt. The return trip to the parking lot was great too. It was a quick ride back to the parking lot. If you are unhappy with your present parking lot, just give this a try, you will not be disappointed.

Dedicated service. Whenever I have called them, they have attended my call and helped me out. The return pickup call was always answered and they send the pick up immediately. I have not had to wait longer than necessary. That is why I still park with them.
