I had to wait for 40 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel after my flight. I believe it was a miscommunication of the front desk in letting the driver know I needed to be picked up. I was originally told by the first person I called that they would be there in about 15 minutes, and then I kept getting text messages saying they were delayed.
