You will receive an email with redemption instructions once your booking is complete. Upon arrival, present your QR code or reservation confirmation to the attendant. It must be shown at entry—codes cannot be accepted after check-in or at exit if not presented upon arrival. For Covered Self Parking, follow signage and park in a designated space. Please note: this garage primarily operates as self-park; however, valet service may be used during high-demand periods. In such cases, a professional attendant will park your vehicle and securely store the keys. No additional valet fee applies when a valid confirmation or QR code is presented. Please check with the cruise terminal for recommended arrival time before departure. Height restriction: 6'5". Oversized vehicles may be subject to additional charges, payable at the lot. Electric vehicles are accepted; however, valet service is not available for EVs. Tesla vehicles are not permitted at this facility.
