Parking Instructions

After reserving your spot, you'll receive an email with redemption instructions. Upon arrival: Show your confirmation email, either on your phone or as a printout, to the parking lot attendant or present it at the front desk. Our port shuttle operates twice daily, with departure times at 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM from Monday to Friday, and at 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that only two shuttles depart each day. Please note: There is an extra charge of $15 applicable per head for 3 or more customers per reservation. Please contact the lot to confirm shuttle timing after making the reservation. There is an additional charge of 20$ per person for the return shuttle.
