You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Customers are advised to check in at the front desk to present the confirmation emails and collect the hang tags and fill up the details (License Plate & Customer Name) prior to parking their vehicle at this lot. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time prior to your flight. The hotel's operating hours are 9 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 10 PM on weekends. Outside of these hours, there will be no staff present at the front desk. However, customers can still connect with someone inside to receive hangtags by dialing the cell phone number 980-944-6987. Alternatively, they can use the desk phone by first dialing 9, followed by the provided phone number. Please do not leave any valuables, personal items, or car keys in the vehicle. Extended Stay America Hotels is not responsible for items lost or stolen. At this time, this parking facility DOES NOT offer a free shuttle service to the Airport, but you can easily take an Uber/Lyft ride to reach the terminal quickly. To help offset the cost of your transportation, we have discounted the parking rates.
