Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Customers are advised to check in at the front desk to present the confirmation emails and collect the hang tags and fill up the details (License Plate & Customer Name) prior to parking their vehicle at this lot. The hotel’s operating hours are 9 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 10 PM on weekends. There will not be a front desk attendant available 24/7. If customers arrive to park their cars outside of these hours, a phone is located near the front desk. When picked up, it will automatically initiate a call, and someone inside will answer to assist the customer by providing hangtags for parking. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time prior to your flight. Please do not leave any valuables, personal items, or car keys in the vehicle. Extended Stay America Hotels is not responsible for items lost or stolen. At this time, this parking facility DOES NOT offer a free shuttle service to the Airport, but you can easily take an Uber/Lyft ride to reach the terminal quickly. To help offset the cost of your transportation, we have discounted the parking rates.

Please Note: Customers are kindly advised to inform the hotel directly about any reservation extensions or date changes to avoid the risk of vehicle towing from the lot.

Note: RVs and trailers are not permitted at this location. Only standard passenger vehicles are allowed for parking.
