There is no height restriction at this facility. This facility does not allow in/out privileges. Upon booking, a parking decal valid for 30 days will be issued Once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please proceed to the departure Level (upper level). Once outside look for the RED sign displaying "Hotel Shuttle and Private Parking shuttle pick-up". Call ahead prior to your arrival to schedule shuttle pick up time (310) 322-0700 UPON ARRIVAL: Present your parking reservation at the front desk upon arrival to receive your promo code. Note your vehicle’s license plate number for registration. Scan the QR code available at the front desk. Register your vehicle using your phone number and license plate number. Enter and apply the provided promo code during registration. The front desk will share information on the next available shuttle. Please review the shuttle pickup instructions before departing. You can catch our shuttle the following way: Please proceed to the lower floor following the sign "luggage claim". Once you are near the luggage claim area, you will need to get the escalator to take you upstairs , outside, by the curb , to the departure level. Our Shuttle stop is a red sign that says "Hotel shuttles." The shuttle runs 7 days a week between the hours of 5:30 AM - 12:30 AM and runs to and from the airport on demand
