Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot, you should pull into the valet lane in front of the hotel, turn off the engine, and lock the doors. Unload all personal items from the vehicle and enter the hotel through the front door to approach the valet stand. Provide the valet with first and last name along with vehicle details (make and model). The valet will document any visible damages upon arrival, and guests must sign the back of the valet ticket for record-keeping. Each customer will receive a claim ticket, and the valet will collect and secure the car keys. Customer are advised to take a picture of their claim ticket as it is required to retrieve the vehicle. If the claim ticket is lost, guests must present a valid ID matching the name recorded at check-in to release the vehicle.
