Pickup on Return:
Terminal 4: Exit Door 7 (north curb, baggage claim level). Wait at the blue “Courtesy Vehicle” sign.
Terminal 3: Exit Door 9 or 11. Wait at the blue “Courtesy 11” sign.
Cancellation policy
This reservation is non-refundable. As per the operator's (The Parking Spot) policy, this reservation cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel, no refund will be issued. However, you may modify the reservation to a different time anytime before the scheduled start time using the online App.

Check In:
1. Pull up to our facility entrance and scan the QR code in your reservation confirmation to open the gate.
2. You will be directed where to park.
3. The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle to take you to the airport.
Check Out:
1. After claiming your luggage, proceed to your terminal’s pick-up location:
Terminal 4: Exit through north curb Door 7 on the baggage claim level. Proceed to outside curb and wait by the blue “Courtesy Vehicle” sign.
Terminal 3: Exit through north curb Door 9 or 11 on the baggage claim level. Proceed to outside curb and wait by the blue “Courtesy 11” sign.
2. The shuttle will bring you back to your car. From there, follow the signs to the exit.
3. Scan the QR code in your reservation confirmation to check-out and exit.
