15-minute parking for those purchasing tickets is available in front of the Box Office on Clark Avenue. Kiel Garage also has short-term parking spaces.

14th Street, between Market Street and Clark Avenue, is usually closed at door time for most events. Doors open one hour before most events.

Public entrances to the arena – GATE 1 or T-Mobile Entrance is on the west side, GATE 2 or Hall of Flame Plaza is located on the south side, and GATE 3 or Ford Entrance is on the east side of the building.

GATE 4, reserved for suite/club seat holders, is located on the fourth level of Kiel Garage.
