Ashton was great. He was very friendly and funny. He made sure I fully understood what I needed and why I needed it and was very respectful when I turned down some of the things. 100% would come again an recommend to the fam!
LISA at Jiffy Lube was great she made me welcomed right away. The team that worked on my car was efficient and quick. They kept me informed on what they were doing and made me feel comfortable while working on my car. I will definitely return for my next car service. Thank you all for being a wonderful team.
I had my oil change done at Jiffy Lube this year for the first time over the dealership. I am not dissapointed! The staff at the Nacogdoches location was very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room was very clean and pleasant to wait in. It took about an hour from the time I arrived to the time I left. I was pleasantly surprised that they offer more services than just an oil change. I explained to them my car was making a rattling noise since the last time I had it serviced at the dealership who couldn't figure out what they left lose and charged me for u joints that wasn't making the noise! I've been irritated by this rattle for a year and when I drove away and around town, it was gone! My heroes here!
