I had a great experience at the Take 5 on Nacogdoches Rd. Bernard greeted me with professionalism and took time to listen to what I needed for my daughter’s vehicle. Safety is my top priority, and he walked me through the options and helped me select the best service package to keep her car running safely and reliably. I appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was during the entire process. I also want to recognize Tyson for his excellent customer service. Both of these young men were respectful, professional, and focused on helping customers. Their teamwork and positive attitude made the visit smooth and stress free. If you want great service and people who take pride in their work, this location is worth the visit!!
Tim and his team was awesome! Never tried to over sell anything and even saved me some money by saying my filter was still fine and it was not necessary to buy one. They were quick and very informative and explained everything. Was a little hot outside and his team offered all of us cold waters! Awesome customer service!

The service was incredibly fast, but they didn’t cut corners — they made sure everything on my vehicle was good to go before I left. What really stood out was that they took the time to figure out why my windshield washer wasn’t working and fixed it on the spot. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. Highly recommend this team. They represent the business extremely well. I’ll definitely be back.
