I do not take my reviews lightly. The only times a leave reviews are when a company severely wrongs me, or they do such an outstanding job i leave with a smile. I never leave reviews just because someone does there job correctly. This place is the best shop ive ever taken my car to. Every single tech in this boulding in absolutely amazing. There friendly and fun to talk to, they do everything they can to help you, and most importantly there honest folks. And I really mean there honest, if somethings wrong with your car, they will take pictures and explain whats wrong in plain english. Then you can turn around, ask chatgpt if its BS, and youll find the techs told you the truth. I will never take my car to another tech. They boys are where its at. If your looking for any work done on your car, id say come straight here. Even if its a problem they dont fix here (which is rare), id still recommend comming here and getting it looked over. Its worth the money to know your car is in the hands of true professionals that wont feed you a line of BS. Oh and another thing, they dont try to sell you on stuff you dont really need. This is the only jiffy lube ive ever been to where I was told “here's your filter, you dont need a new one for a while”. Seriously guys, everyones great here. Especially the two men that where working this morning, I couldn't be happier to spend 1.3k.
Super friendly staff, especially the intake gentleman who answered all my questions, and offered me a veteran's discount, which I appreciated very much! He showed me where the restrooms and waiting room were and then went to work on my truck. The waiting room was clean, and quiet, with my favorite magazines on the table. There was a coffee and water dispenser as well as Swiss Miss hot chocolate. Very nice. The oil change didn't take long at all, and before leaving, he showed me my engine fluid levels and handed me a list of everything that was done. Awesome place, and I will definitely be back!
I stopped in for something simple — just a tire pressure check — and Adrian went above and beyond. He checked all four tires carefully and made sure each one was set to the correct PSI. On top of that, he topped off my washer fluid and performed a quick general inspection of my vehicle, all without charging me a dime. Adrian is a great young man and a clear example of strong work ethic and pride in what he does. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes his job seriously. Excellent customer service like this doesn’t go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the extra care and will definitely be back.
