I had an amazing experience at Valvoline Patrick, the manager, helped me right away and made the entire process seamless. They got my car in quickly and I didn’t have to wait long at all, which I really appreciated. This is my fourth oil change here, and I keep coming back for a reason. I have a 2013 WRX STI, and I don’t trust just anyone to touch that car. I’ve also brought in my ‘93 Dodge van, and every time they take great care of my vehicles and do a thorough job. As a business owner myself, I really value reliability and great service and this team delivers both. I’ve even recommended this location to my employees and clients. 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
Went in with an oil problem, yeah, I over-filled it. They sucked out the excess for free, which was greatly appreciated as I'm mostly broke. Wish I knew the techs name to give him props. He had long hair and arm tats, he was amazing, please promote this guy. He is exactly who I'd like to talk to when I come in. Smart, knowledgeable, and compassionate for my particular problem. Not sure his name, but that guy would make me a repeat customer. Most mechanics suck, to find a good one is rare.
If you like uplifting energy this is your location. I went in for an oil change and was shocked by the vibe. These guys are amazing, kind and knowledgeable. Matthew is an amazing manager and teacher. Syrus was so kind while helping me and answering my questions. You can tell they all have fun and work well together. I’m only allowed to give 5 stars so I guess I’ll just have to come back to give more money. Thanks again!
