Since we’ve moved near this metro location I’ve been happy 100 percent with the quality of customer and satisfaction. You can always count on the professionalism of their employees. Sure the hell not taking our vehicles to Walmart to try to save a buck so they can Stripped the oil pan screw again. Thank you again for your service today and I’ll continue being a loyal customer
I’d like to give the local team at this location a well-deserved 5-star rating. The store manager and the employees were professional, efficient, and provided excellent service during my oil change last week. However, I was deeply unsettled by an interaction I witnessed. A regional/higher-level manager (identified as Randy) arrived and began reprimanding the store manager in front of customers. His behavior was unprofessional; he was yelling about a decision to turn a car away while the systems were down, and his demeanor was visibly aggressive. Despite the store manager handling the situation with remarkable grace, this type of leadership is disappointing to see. I will continue to support this specific shop because of the frontline staff, but I hope leadership takes steps to improve their professional communication and starts treating his employees better before he looses them all.
I didn’t have my jack, so I took the car into this Jiffy Lube location, and the two employees got me right in and out. They were very courteous, helpful, and professional, and checked for any leaks as well. I will definitely keep taking my vehicle to them, and would recommend them to anyone with a busy schedule, or simply because it’s too damn hot here in Phoenix to be under a car! Thank you Jiffy Lube.
