It is so incredibly rare these days to find people who are genuinely nice and do excellent, honest work, but the team at this Jiffy Lube location absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, the service was amazing. Shawn, the manager, runs a fantastic shop and is incredibly personable and professional. The entire team was attentive and helpful, but a special shout-out has to go to Naya and Trenton as well. They were both so kind, efficient, and great at what they do. They made the whole experience completely stress-free. I want to make sure this crew gets the credit they deserve for providing top-tier customer service. I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance—highly recommend Shawn, Naya, Trenton, and the rest of the staff!
Today l noticed the air pressure light on in my car while l was nearby and stopped at 2 gas stations whose air machines took my money but neither worked. Saw Jiffy Lube and l am a customer in New Albany. The place was busy with cars lined up and the manager had me pull behind a car and had one his techs check my tire pressure and the light went off so l knew l was safe. No charge and l was on my way in less than 5 minutes. That’s why l use Jiffy Lube thanks to the team at this location
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Andrew and Shawn. They were excellent from start to finish! Very professional, friendly, and incredibly informative. They took the time to walk me through the entire process and explained what they were doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you get that level of transparency and customer care during a routine service. They made the whole visit quick, easy, and stress free. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service they provided. Highly recommend!
