A truly wonderful experience. I have always thought of Valvoline as the best when it comes to oil changes. But unfortunately I had not been to one in several years. But yesterday I was at the Kroger in the Holiday Manner shopping center when I noticed my Hyundai Sonata was dangerously low on oil.Sobi pulled up to the Valvoline and had them check me out. I was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff you could imagine. The manager was awesome and in addition to taking care of my oil situation he let me know about some other concerns that I need to address with a mechanic. It is hard these days to find such good real people that don't just care about making money but care about being good people and looking out for their fellow brother. I will never go anywhere else besides there again for my oil needs and I highly recommend you try them for your next oil change!!
Got in line and was immediatly recognized, and approached. I told them I was here for an oil change. A few minutes later I was told the car in front of me was having extended service done, and it would be a bit of a delay...ugh! After about ten total minutes I was told they were wrapping up , and the manager would provide me a discount for the delay. Dustin took care of me and turned a potential disappointing situation in to a positive by managing expectations, and providing the discount as promised. It was even better than the coupon I showed him. Great job by Dustin and his team! Mark Eddy
My daughter had her oil changed at one of Louisville's Valvoline locations. Unfortunately, they reinstalled the oil plug so tightly I could not remove it. We took her vehicle to the Brownsboro Road location and the gentlemen working there removed the plug (it was slightly stripped), replaced it and replaced the oil free of charge. They were very courteous and when I offered to compensate them for their effort they said free of charge. That's what I call exemplary customer service.
