OMG!!! I mean the staff uses mental telepathy to communicate with each other along with the corporate required verbal ones. They were a well oiled machine. Very impressive customer service and communication. I have been to plenty of VIOC in this town and this one is the epitome of corporate’s mission statement and SOPs in real life. Send all new hires here to see how it should be done. Kudos to the hiring Manager and the Store’s Leadership. I will no longer go to any other location. They literally got me looking forward to my next oil change????
Got here and was immediately greeted with a kind hello from Juan. Instantly got service. This team has a great attitude and they really helped me out today. Thanks y’all! I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick and friendly oil change. Juan also refilled my coolant which I didn’t even know was low. Appreciate y’all.
Amazing service! In and out relatively quickly. No pressure to upgrade services, but a very thorough review of the recommended services for your car. I have been to many Valvoline places for service and this location is definitely in my top 3!!! Highly recommend them:)
