Christopher's Customer Care was STELLAR! I appreciate his focus, positive attitude and transparency. I went in for an oil change, and tire check. When I arrived, the Take 5 was not opened as posted online, but Christopher was ready for work, ran over to my car, apologized and stated as soon as his Supervisor arrived, they would be happy to assist me. He offered me a cold bottle of water, and once opened, brought it over to me. It was because of his determination to offer quality service that I decided to patronize this business. Rarely do I experience the kind of Customer Service I experienced yesterday. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It made my day!
I went to have my oil changed today and I’m at the two nicest people ever very knowledgeable too. It was a girl by the name of Max and a guy by the name of it said Jacob, but he said Jake. They were so kind and so nice and such a pleasure because they were young and it seems like the young kids nowadays not all of them. Some of them are really good, but some of them have such an attitude. These did not these two Young adults were amazing. They deserve a raise.?
I went in for an oil change and was greeted right away.. she told me to pull my car in and started the service right away.. I only seen 2 of the lube techs in the shop and I wish I got there names just for this post... they were very polite and worked well with each other as a team should.. they also checked all my fluids and tire pressures and notified me on my tire that were low and also my washer fluid was low.. all I can say is I appreciate the 2 of them ? great customer service I will definitely be back on my next service.. thank you
