I have been taking my car to the Jiffy Lube in Universal City for years. I have always had great service at reasonable prices. They are upfront with their procedures and prices. The technicians are professional, polite, and patient because I ask lots of questions. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone who might need an oil change or other mechanical assistance.
After my last visit I would NOT recommend this place for an oil change, they couldn’t even apparently put on a simple oil filter correctly!! Good thing I regularly check my dip stick or I could have experienced some damage to my motor due to their incompetency and negligence smh, the cleaned up pic is after I tightened the filter about a quarter turn smh. 5 stars just to make sure it’s posted.
I had been putting off my oil change since I work from home and thought I had more of a cushion, but I was in the area and decided to stop by. The staff was friendly, informative, and professional from the moment I pulled up. They got me in and out quickly, and I didn’t even have to get out of my car for the oil change. They offered me a discounted tire rotation, and while they worked on that, I was able to wait inside their cool, clean lobby with complimentary cold water and a spotless restroom. During the service they also found that my filter was coated, but they explained everything without trying to push unnecessary services or upcharge me. I really appreciated how fast, fair, and honest they were. The customer service was excellent, the staff was kind and professional, and the price was very reasonable for the services provided. I’ll definitely return if I’m in the area again.
