Take 5 on Toepperwine in Covers is amazing. I've been going to this Take 5 location for 3 years, but this time it was extra special. Mike and Diego went way beyond the call from my experience in the past and my experience in the past was good, but this time it was great !!! Diego asked me questions that I've never been asked before, leading to solving a problem I thought that was going to cost me $100 to fix from other people and Diego solved the problem and it didn't cost me anything. I drove away with a Take 5 coupon, plus the issue that Diego found, saving $50 !!!!
I have always loved the concept of Take 5 and have always had a positive experience. However, on my most recent visit to the Toepperwein location, I had a thought. Hopefully this review goes up the flagpole to the higher ups. While we’re waiting for the service to complete, Take 5 should have fans or misters blowing towards the customers vehicle, especially during the summers here in South Texas. While I was waiting, I was sweating cause we can’t have our vehicles on to take advantage of our A/C. Anyway, the service at this location was top notch!
Excellent experience from start to finish. I took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance, and I was very satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent: the staff was friendly, respectful, and always willing to answer any questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently, using high-quality products and clearly explaining what maintenance was being performed on the car and why it was necessary. It's clear that they are experienced professionals who are committed to their work. This is definitely a workshop you can trust. I highly recommend this place for oil changes and general maintenance. I will definitely return for future services.
