My oil change was quick, and they took the time to explain potential future maintenance without being pushy. I really appreciated the honest advice and efficient service. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change.
Great fast experience. Dez was the person who checked us in and spoke to us about the car. He helped us get a discount since we also needed to get collant added and weren’t expecting that extra charge. Jermaine was the person working on our car, carefully guided us into the working space and did our service quickly and efficiently. Our car has never drove so smoothly and hasn’t ever cooled down so quickly from the AC. reliable, fast, knowledgeable, and nice service. 10/10 would recommend
Robert and Dee made my experience top notch. I was one of their first customers but it was already starting off as a hot day in Metairie. I was immediately offered water and then guided in. From that point on everything was fast. I like that my entire car history is interfaced with Take 5. I had my coupons ready to use which I like. Robert and Dee worked really well together and interacted with myself and the other customer in the other bay. Great Job!!
