Owen, the manager, Corwyn, and Adrian were polite and professional. They didn’t assume anything and asked me what I wanted rather than pushing a particular service. Owen went out of his way to track down the correct cabin air filter for my LR3 and immediately order my engine air filter since it was out of stock. I requested those things by the way, they didn’t push anything other than ask if I wanted them checked. Prices were reasonable, not overpriced, and since my vehicle takes 8 quarts of oil I knew I’d be paying more than base service price anyway. They set tire pressure to MFR specs, as expected, and everything happened pretty much simultaneously. Look, we pick these places for the convenience and speed, right? They were convenient and speedy. I’ll be back for my air filter and back for future oil changes.

They were incredibly kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. The two gentlemen working on my car did a wonderful job. Unfortunately there were only two guys on the floor while the managers were upstairs ordering food and having a meeting. Maybe next time one of the managers can come down and help. Then it would actually be a five minute oil change instead of 1 hour.
