Friendly and professional. Technicians seemed knowledgeable and were able to point out other maintenance items worth addressing, which I’m capable of performing myself. Wish they’d offered to check tire pressure, which was low, but no big deal. Fast and efficient, courteous. Will continue my business at this location.
I stopped one day to have wiper fluid refilled. They came out, refilled the wiper fluid for me and told me there would be no charge. I went back today for an oil change and they were all so kind and helpful. Markeas walked through everything and never tried to upsell anything to me. He was friendly and professional the entire time. Dealing with my car is never my favorite thing to do, but this Take 5 location made it such a pleasant experience. I will be going to this location from here on out!
This Take 5 location (3550 S I-10 Service Rd in Metairie) is by far the BEST and most professional one I have ever been to. The customer service was amazing. The oil change was great and quick. Much better than any other Take 5 I have used in the past. Another location (Clearview & West Esplanade) cut corners on my skid plate (did not screw it all back in), resulting in my skid plate breaking off under my vehicle and needing to be replaced.
