My partner usually goes to get our oil changed, but today was the first time I tagged along. We arrived 10 minutes before they opened, Nate greeted us with some complimentary waters. He let us know we’d have to wait until they officially open as they were getting ready, which we had absolutely no problem with! He also brought out some treats for our dogs (who we had in the car with us), it was so sweet! Once we got seen, it was a fast and easy process. The team was so kind and transparent and made sure we had all the information we needed. Nate, Zeth, and Qmari was the team helping us out today. I wanted to give an extra shoutout to Nate for explaining a bunch of things we had questions about! Top-notch customer service and I can’t recommend this team and location enough!
Every time I have gone into this place the service is awesome. They are fast polite and very competent compared to the other fast oil change places around. The techs Kaden and Fernando were really good at their job and they were so helpful. They are not pushy and trying to upsell you like a grease monkey or something. 5 stars.
I always get great service at this location. Love the free water bottle while I wait. This visit was fast and efficient. They honored my 25% off coupon which I was very appreciative of. I was surprised that they didn’t have washer fluid available to refill mine.
