I stopped at the Dixie Highway location today. Everybody was knowledgeable, friendly, and they were fast with the work. The gentleman that waited on me was super professional. He greeted me with a smile. He even managed to have my windshield wiper blade that normally nobody carries. Good conversation good vibes. He deserves a raise. The whole team was quick professional stop in and see them just might brighten your day.
Greetings, I got an oil and gas filter change today. The service and professional staff was great!!!!!! I will not take my car to anyone else but Valvoline. EJ was so helpful explaining everything to me. The manager was very kind as well. Keep up the awesome work. Peace and blessings to you. Linda Wills Louisville, KY 6/16/2026
I had a great experience at Valvoline on Dixie Highway thanks to Tommy! He was incredibly fast, super friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to thoroughly check everything and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. It’s not every day you get service that efficient and genuinely kind. Tommy definitely made a great impression—I’ll be coming back because of him!
