I was so satisfied. The service was fast, the quality of the work was excellent and affordable, Peter, the guy in charge, hats off to him. He provided excellent customer service and customer compassion. I felt like we had known each other forever. Photos and explanations were provided, and in an excellent attempt at transparency he provided a price quote and genuine concern for the state of the vehicle as it pertaining to my safety and success in driving this car for way longer than I would have if I had not heeded his advice. The experience was superb. The wait was reasonable and just an all around great experience. I highly recommend.
Very clean place and owner ( Pete) was congenial, personable and informative. I think the total price was reasonable; I was a little “shocked” that windshield wipers cost so much. The fact that this business is AAA service also, pleases me as I can get discounts. —will be back
This was the first time in many years that I had taken a vehicle to Meineke to have one serviced. I had requested an oil change and tire rotation. They did their normal inspection and let me know my air filter needed replaced. They let me know that everything else was good. Very happy with this visit. Will be taking my car back as long as I get such good service!
