This is the first time I've had a less than exceptional experience. They very slow today. Apparently there was one guy that had to sign off on everything. The other guys drained my oil and checked lights and tire pressure, but had to wait 30mins while he worked on car in the other bay before giving his guys the okay to fill my oil and check me out. Not to mention they no longer had any of my info on their system. Wanted to bring our other vehicle today to but just didn't have that kind of time.
Nothing but good things to say here. These guys are very good at what they do. They are professional, courteous, friendly n not pushy to purchase other services, but will offer and inform you of other services reccommended. They work flawlessly as a team and are thorough with inspections. Reasonable prices, wait and service time. Thank you all for your great work ethics and pleasant service!!!
This is more than just an oil change, they check everything on your car and make sure it is working! All of your lights, fluids, battery, wiper blades, tire pressure, and air filter. A lot of people do not know that they do transmission fluid service also! They were all nice and polite, which says a lot on this day and time, where customer service has went downhill.. not here.. Eric, the manager, was awesome! He was very informative and knew what he was talking about! They all did! I suggest getting your oil changed here for sure!
